Aston Manor Academy – Teacher of ICT

Salary: £30,000 to £46,525pa, M1 to UPS3

Required for September 2024

Aston Manor Academy are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, innovative and enthusiastic Teacher of ICT/Computing. The successful candidate will first and foremost be an excellent classroom practitioner, who has enthusiasm for their subject, is able to motivate and inspire students and will further support the high achievements of the department. The successful candidate will also have the exciting opportunity to teach Key Stage 5, experience at post-16 IT is desired but not essential.

Equitas Academies Trust was formed in September 2012 and incorporates Aston Manor Academy (Secondary) and Chilwell Croft Academy (Primary). Aston Manor Academy – Teacher of Girls Physical Education (ECT)

Salary: M1

Required for September 2024

Aston Manor Academy are seeking to appoint a well-qualified innovative and enthusiastic Teacher of PE to join our well-established team. The successful candidate will first and foremost be an excellent practitioner of core physical education, is able to motivate and inspire students and will further support our talented students to succeed in lessons and in extra-curricular teams. We have a high performing sports academy and students on this programme study Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Sport or Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Sports Development and Coaching. We also teach Pearson BTEC Level 2 Tech Award in Sport in Key Stage 4. There is the opportunity to teach one or more of these qualifications for a suitably qualified candidate. This role is suitable for early career teachers (ECT).
